Abstract

This article sheds light on the employment of Muslim women in an Islamic society in the context of Islamic teachings and the diverse perspectives of scholars, examining the permissibility and impermissibility of it, Islam's viewpoint on their working, and the establishment of regulations and relevant fields for them. It also presents arguments from the Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah regarding their working and finally mentions the positive and negative consequences of their employment
