Abstract

Many people who are not specialists think in the legal sciences that the dispute between the Companions and the followers is a disagreement about an automatic act, and sometimes it is for subjective motives such as the love of appearance, quibbling and disagreement, and this if any of some of the practitioners of jurisprudence;

As for the established in science, they were a measure of religion and piety refrains from having their purposes not good in the disagreement between them, and we are in this investigative scientific study trying to highlight the reasons for the jurisprudential disagreement between the Companions and followers with the alert on the importance of knowing the dispute, and its resources and considered and not considered, and the aim of the study is to alert those working in forensic sciences on the importance of this section and its knowledge and dealing with it in a manner befitting the scientific and legal level of the nation's scholars who carry them reform and renewal.
