Abstract

By the grace and grace of Allah, Raqim has made a practical review of the subject of "the status of women before Islam and after Islam" in the light of the Qur'an, hadiths and the sayings of commentators. It was like this. In the era of Jahiliyyah, women were deprived of all rights, neither were they given the right in inheritance, nor in common life, as it happened that when a woman's husband married her, she was not allowed to remarry. And in the same way, she buried her daughters alive. But when Islam came, in the form of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), he abolished all oppressions, i.e. customs and rituals, gave women the right to inherit, and empowered women in the form of marriage, and gave women the right to divorce, that is, Islam gave many things to women, which were not given to women before Islam.
